Faltom Jewelers ships all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). Several shipping options are available at checkout for expedited shipping.

You may select your preferred shipping option when placing your order.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

Faltom Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to Faltom Jewelers

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Faltom Jewelers requires all orders to be insured for the order value. Confirmation or tracking information will be emailed to you when merchandise is shipped.

Orders requiring stone color changing or resizing is shipped within 5-7 business days.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $249 within the US.

 

Shipping To P.O. Boxes

The insurance Faltom Jewelers carries on all of our shipments prevents us from shipping to P.O. Boxes. Must be a street address for delivery.

 

Signature Requirements For Delivery

All orders require signature for delivery.

 

 

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for up to 10 days from the date you received it

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, original packing materials and certificates, if any. A replacement fee will be charged otherwise.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your items.

If your return is approved, we will send you a full cost one-year store credit, minus shipping costs, to be used online or in store. No payment refunds accepted. 

 

Shipping

Your item(s) can be shipped back to Faltom Jewelers by the carrier of your choice. For your protection, please insure every return and make sure you get a receipt confirming your package has reached Faltom Jewelers. Faltom Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to Faltom Jewelers

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
